OCTOBER CONTENT: MENTAL HEALTH (WHOLENESS SERIES PT. 1)

Hi friends!

We’re so excited you’re here! THANK YOU for choosing to invest your time and resources with us, and I just want you to know I am praying for EACH of you by name, that God would make this fruitful one hundredfold in your lives. This year, we’re going to deep dive into different areas of live and faith that will encourage us, sharpen our faith and minds, and prayerfully bring bring so much joy to you in friendship and partnership, in living out the GOSPEL in our everyday lives, experiencing God in extraordinary ways. Each month, I’ll post here with that month’s content! Don’t forget to join our facebook group! I’m hoping for great discussion, thriving friendship, and deep roots to be cultivated there in the following months. If I haven’t said it yet— I am SO HAPPY you’re here!!!!

This month we are talking the Gospel and MENTAL HEALTH. We are not strangers to the brokenness of our bodies, and our minds are just as significantly impacted by the broken world in which we live. We’re going to lean into tender and honest conversations about what we KNOW to be true about God and the Gospel in light of our experiences, and what we can do moving forward to make the most inviting Jesus into our transformation by the daily renewing of our minds. Anxiety, depression, counseling, fear, control, habits, stress, disorders, no topic is off limits!

Monthly Download: This month I wanted to share a VISUAL of what you could do as a monthly rhythm for mental health anchors throughout your days. You can check them off as you do them, add them into your schedule week by week, or use this as a tool when you plan out the month at the beginning of every month, and that way these important pieces are in planned in advance and you can schedule other things around those, rather than the other way around! (That’s probably the option I’ll choose for this!) OR if you need a nudge making mental health even a thing in your life, make this a challenge for this month to check off all the boxes! THEN take steps to implement things from this list into your monthly rhythms. Honestly, I probably need to approach this as a challenge, myself too! Let me know how you’re going to use it this month!
